Hello Guys and girls,

Oh! the membership site thingy has really got into me.. I am truly amazed to see how so many people with minimal experience are getting into the trend and making serious money with membership sites. The non techie that I am , I could never imagine myself going beyond owning a blog.. But how wrong I was until, I stumbled upon memberfire.

It’s developed by my good friend cum business associate Ian Del Carmen( yes our good ol’ pinoy Internet Marketer).I was quite sure I would not be able achieve any success with it either. But I was so wrong. I had tried using other stuff ( i will not reveal the names ofcourse!) for creating membership sites but I must say using membershipfire is as easy as falling off a log. Yes take it from an absolutely technologically challenged person ( that’s me :D)

I could not wait any longer.. I had to tell all of you..my dear blog readers about this wonderful creation by Ian.The site is still in its pre launch days but I have been one of the lucky few 100 who got a chance to play with the fire .

Now, I am ready to finally start my membership that I dreamt of launching quite a few months back . I didnt have the right tool back then. Now that I have it , I am not going to start 1 membership site but 2.Yippeeee!!! I can’t get more excited …It’s not the prospect of making money that’s making high.. but the whole idea of setting up and running a membership site..

I will definitely keep you posted about my progress with the membership sites..

The past 3 years that I have been working online , I have seen a lot of things come and go. One of the most interesting trends, that is hot in the Internet Marketing today are membership sites. If you take a close look, you will see most of the successful Internet Marketers today have at least one membership site.

A membership site is indeed a great way to leverage one’s online business.

A membership site can be a content site, service site, online community etc. When a person signs up in a particular membership site, he or she does it to avail the exclusive services or features of that site.

I have quite a number of clients who have content membership sites. Some give away new eReports to their members, some give graphics, ready made site templates, content, eBooks etc.

A membership site can be really popular if it delivers true value to the members. The members should be made to feel special to be a part of that site. Thus, if anyone of you who is reading this post, is planning to launch a membership or already have a membership site and want to make it even more popular,then  think out of the box and come up with innovative ways to make your members feel special.

Remember, membership sites are only increasing with time, therefore to stand out in the crowd it is of utmost importance that your membership site is UNIQUE in its own way.

So all of you who is planning to launch a new membership site , roll up your sleeves and come up with something different!

Hi all,

I had started this blog on 1st Jan’08.  I definitely had a purpose of launching this blog but if you take a close look at it , I had done very very little to make this blog work for me. I had been swamped with projects and as a result of which I totally neglected this dear blog of mine.

However, last week, I decided.. NO! I can’t let this blog turn into another ghost town. I had 2 blogs earlier, but I had to close them down because I was not able to give any time to them. This time, I am definitely not going to do the same and from today onwards i.e. 19th feb’08 , I am going to make it a point to post in blog everyday and work towards achieving the goal that I had set while launching this blog back in jan, this year.

So, in order to make my blog purposeful, I have added some interesting widgets ( MyblogLog, Blogrush) that you can find in almost all successful blogs today!

Also, I have integrated the Statcounter code  that will help me keep a track on the traffic flow to my blog.

If  you have any suggestions or advice on how to make this blog more interactive and useful, please feel free to let me know.

It’s time for me to finish a project and then work on my upcoming eBook.

(Work Title: How To Get Your Affiliates To Promote Your Products More Actively?)

What I’m looking for are useful answers to the above question. No full length articles, simply some (practical) tips that can be used by other marketers to give their affiliate program a boost.

What’s in it for you?

The most useful tips will be bundled in a report/ebook. If your tip makes it, your name and link will be published with it. Once the report/ebook is published, it’ll start driving free targeted traffic to your site.

If I feel it would be helpful to others to dig deeper into a certain tip, I might do an interview with the person that submitted that tip.

Anyway - the report/ebook is the main goal, and I’ll see where it goes from there. Let’s just say your tips will bring you free targeted traffic.
